Patent-Pending Healthcare Data Orchestration & On-Site Execution
RAIHD Commander and RAIHD Cadet form Radiant's patent-pending healthcare data infrastructure platform — combining central orchestration with on-site de-identification, workflow execution, and governed data operations for hospitals, imaging centers, and pathology organizations.
Three Coordinated Platform Layers
The Radiant platform is organized as a layered architecture where central control, on-site execution, and future advanced governance work together — not as fragmented point tools.
RAIHD Commander
The command center for healthcare data operations — coordinating migration, routing, de-identification oversight, chain-of-custody documentation, and research dataset preparation across all connected facilities.
RAIHD Cadet
Deploys inside the hospital firewall for local DICOM intake, header and pixel-level de-identification, quarantine handling, facility validation, and secure handoff of de-identified data only.
Third Software Layer
A future component being designed to extend the platform into advanced validation, provenance, dataset verification, chain-of-custody continuity, and controlled research enablement at scale.
RAIHD Commander
The strategic command center for healthcare data migration, interoperability, routing, governance, and modernization.
PACS/VNA Migration
Coordinate structured PACS replacement, archive migration, VNA transitions, and enterprise consolidation with verified chain-of-custody and study counts.
DICOM Routing & Workflow
Route, normalize, and orchestrate data movement across imaging systems, pathology platforms, and downstream destinations with policy-driven logic.
HL7/FHIR Coordination
Manage HL7 interface normalization and FHIR connectivity across enterprise environments where imaging, RIS, and EHR systems must interoperate.
De-identification Oversight
Central oversight of de-identification activities across all connected Cadet deployments, with auditable records and chain-of-custody documentation.
Operational Monitoring
Centralized visibility, alerting, and operational insight across routing, migration, de-identification, and governance activities.
Research Dataset Preparation
Prepare governed, reproducible dataset pipelines that AI researchers and model developers can rely on for training and validation.
RAIHD Cadet
The edge software that runs inside the hospital firewall — where PHI stays under facility control and only validated, de-identified data moves forward.
Local DICOM Intake
Collect studies from local PACS, modalities, and archives within the facility's own network. Supports C-MOVE, C-STORE, and WADO protocols.
Header De-identification
Scrub all 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers from DICOM metadata — names, dates, geographic data, device identifiers, and account numbers. Identifiers are removed, not encrypted.
Pixel-Level PHI Redaction
Detect and permanently redact burned-in PHI from image pixel data — a requirement specific to ultrasound and nuclear medicine that header scrubbing alone cannot address.
RIS/EHR/HL7 Coordination
Coordinate with RIS platforms, EHR integrations, and HL7 interfaces at the facility level for a complete de-identification workflow beyond DICOM alone.
Quarantine & Validation
Questionable studies are quarantined for facility review. Hospitals validate sample batches and approve de-identified data before transmission.
Secure Handoff
Only validated, de-identified data proceeds to Commander. Zero PHI leaves the facility. The handoff is auditable and chain-of-custody documented.
Third Software Layer — In Development
Five Coordinated Modules Under the Commander Layer
Radiant Flow
Workflow and routing orchestration for controlled DICOM and HL7 data movement.
Radiant Migrate
Migration and consolidation controller for PACS replacement and VNA modernization.

Radiant Bridge
Integration layer for HL7 normalization, FHIR connectivity, and cross-system interoperability.
Radiant Monitor
Centralized visibility, alerting, and oversight across routing, migration, and de-identification.
